1. Right of Withdrawal

(For individual consumers engaging in transactions primarily for non-commercial purposes.)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day period begins from the day:

You (or a designated third party not acting as the carrier) receive the goods, if delivered in one shipment.
You (or a designated third party not acting as the carrier) receive the last item, if the order includes multiple items delivered separately.
You (or a designated third party not acting as the carrier) receive the last partial shipment or piece, if the order is delivered in several parts.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us (Chronus, email: support@chronuswatches.com) with a clear statement (e.g., by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not required.

To meet the deadline, you only need to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except additional costs for non-standard delivery options) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide proof of return, whichever comes first.

Please return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Return Costs: You bear the direct return costs unless the order exceeds 100 AUD, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.

You are liable for any reduction in the goods’ value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the goods’ nature, characteristics, and functioning.

3. Exclusions or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized goods.
• Perishable goods or items with a short expiration date.
• Alcoholic beverages with fluctuating market value, agreed upon during purchase but delivered after 30 days.
• Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscriptions.
• The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for:

• Sealed goods that are non-returnable for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
• Goods that, upon delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
• Sealed audio, video recordings, or software if unsealed after delivery.
