Warranty Information
Standard Warranty
Every CHRONUS watch comes with a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty is valid only if the watch has been purchased from an authorized CHRONUS retailer or the official CHRONUS website.
What Our Warranty Covers

Movement Defects:
CHRONUS covers any defects in the movement, hands, and dial. -
Battery Replacement:
The warranty includes one battery replacement within the warranty period. -
Service Costs:
Any necessary repairs due to workmanship or materials will be handled at no cost during the warranty period.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

External Damage:
CHRONUS’s warranty does not cover damage to the watch case, crystal, strap, bracelet, or other cosmetic elements due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling. -
Water Damage:
Watches that are not water-resistant as indicated on the case back are not covered for water damage. Water-resistant watches that are submerged beyond the specified limits of their water resistance rating will not be covered. -
Unauthorized Repairs:
Any repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
You can return any unused and undamaged watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@chronuswatches.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different model or style, follow the return steps above. Once we receive the original item, we’ll send out the replacement watch.
